What This Is…
Retreats with Teja are an invitation to pause, inquire deeply, and discover the peace that is already present. Rather than offering another philosophy, practice, or path, these retreats create a space for direct exploration of the nature of Being through shared inquiry, reflection, silence, and open dialogue.
There is nothing to achieve, become, or attain. Instead, the invitation is simply to rest in awareness and allow whatever arises to arise without agenda, expectation, or judgment.
Whether you are new to nonduality or have explored these teachings for many years, the retreat offers a supportive environment for authentic discovery, connection, and quiet contemplation.
What This Is Not
These retreats are not about self-improvement, fixing yourself, or becoming someone different. They are not another philosophy, practice, or spiritual system to learn.
Rather than offering a path to enlightenment or lasting peace, these retreats invite you to discover what remains when seeking itself comes to rest.
Nothing is required of you. There are no beliefs to adopt, no concepts to master, and nothing you need to seek. Simply come as you are, with curiosity and openness, and discover what has always been here.

Who This May Resonate With
These retreats may resonate with those who feel drawn to quiet reflection, direct experience, and a deeper exploration of what it means to simply Be.
Whether you are new to nonduality or have spent years exploring spiritual teachings, you are welcome here. No particular background, beliefs, or level of experience is required.
You do not need to identify as “spiritual” or feel certain about what you are looking for. Curiosity, openness, and a willingness to explore what is already here are enough.
If you feel drawn to slow down, inquire deeply, and discover the peace that has always been here, these retreats may resonate with you.

Atmosphere & Environment
Retreats are held in peaceful settings that naturally support rest, simplicity, and quiet reflection. Whether nestled in nature or another carefully chosen location, each environment is selected to encourage slowing down and reconnecting with what is already here.
There is time to walk, sit quietly, share meals, and simply Be. The rhythm of each day is intentionally spacious, allowing inquiry to unfold without pressure, expectation, or agenda.
Comfortable accommodations, nourishing meals, and time in nature create an environment where presence arises naturally. Nothing is forced. Nothing is expected beyond your willingness to be present.
The atmosphere is quiet, open, and deeply human.
